What is your return policy?

We accept unused and undamaged products within 100 days of shipment of your order. Returns must be in original packaging.

Below are reasons we may not be able to offer a full refund:

• Book with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Please do not send your order back to the original manufacturer.
